Employer's Responsibility

Power of Attorney

A letter issued by the employer authorizing Silsila Human Resource Consultancy LLC Dubai to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related to the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the Government of India.

Employment Contract Letter

This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the Company's letterhead stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower recruitment from India.

Our Responsibility

Selection

We always prefer the selection of applicants either by oral or practical tests to be conducted by the employer or their representative.

Medical Checkup

After initial selection, we send the workers/candidates for a medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of Employment.

Ticketing & Immigration

The Employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Green Valley HR Dubai to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We will obtain the immigration clearance for selected candidates.

Orientation before Departure

Green Valley HR provides basic orientation to workers before traveling. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities and information about their work.
